I got mine today ,i took two right before gym time, Man they take a long time to dissolve,i still had em in my mouth when i reached the gym.

Couldn't tell much difference ,except i wanted to keep training and i got a few PR's out today,so something happened!

I've added power chews to my preWO and squatted 365 X 6 yesterday on my 5th set. next time gonna hit 405 X 6.
