Power drain during cycle! Anyone experienced this?

Hey

during my last cycle and at about 4-5 weeks into it I experienced a loss in strength/power and felt very lethargic, at that point i was at 400mg Deca and 500mg Sust, now ive always used test since ive found the Agression that it affords me is fantastic in the gym, so i dont know what happened this time. My nutrition was all good, any ideas? has anone experienced this? thanks.

This happens to me once in a while. When it does, I take 4 days off from the gym and eat shit loads of pasta, prime rib, baked potatoes, oatmeal....so basically I get my body filled back up with extra nutrition. When I return to the gym, the power - and the pumps - are back.
 
yup take some time off and have some cheat days like pizza or pasta anything heavy in carbs. Your prob overtrained and you think you cant cause your on juice but your CNS needs rest as well

I happened to me this cycle but i was uding more AAS nd too much dbol and my BP was way to high. Weak, shortness of breath, fatiqued
 
That's an easy one, you're overtrained. Take a week off from the gym and eat well and rest. You'll comeback bigger and stronger.

This is what I do...works great. I sleep 12 hours per day as well
 
yeah man it happens..
overfeed yourself for a day and get as much rest as possible.
 
I feel spent sometimes during a cycle, and rest is definitely needed. But if I rest to much I feel worse. For me: what I like to do when I feel tired and have low energy levels * Is I still go to the gym but I don't hit the weights, instead I sit in the sauna anywhere from 20 - 60 minutes, where I stretch out really good and I drink a lot of water within that time. It may not work for you, but I always feel refreshed after a sauna session. It may take anywhere from one day to 4 or 5, but it always works.
