"Power Chews tell me how you found EF contest"

And did I mention that EF has an iPhone app!!! Which means I can check it easily....which I do about every 10-15 minutes lol

Members, my name is Jason and I am a new sponser on this site (thanks needto), and I hardly know any of you and would like to change this pronto.

In this thread I would like for all of you to tell me how you found elitefitness.com and also maybe what kept you coming back to this site/ made you stay after all this time.

If someone stands out to me I will be sure to give them a free bottle of my product to try out for contributing to this thread.

In June of 2010 I was your typical 150 lb kid. You know the ones that always make their first post something like..

"hi I'm bob joe I'm 5'10 150 lbs. I've been training for 1 month. I eat everything I see but can't gain weight. What cycle should I run?"

Yeah That ^^ was me not long ago. So I first came in looking for cycle advice. Needless to say I began searching the forums and THANKFULLY this site has plenty of guys with tons of experience and thread after thread I searched I always got the same advice (To small, inexperienced, no diet plan= wait on steroids).

SO over the next few months I continued to research, research, research. I found a good workout routine, and even more importantly I found a good diet plan that I completely dedicated myself. For the first time in my life I actually knew how to eat to gain size. By the end of Dec. I was already up to a natural 185 lbs.

I honestly can't thank EF enough for all the valuable information it has given, not to mention saving my health in the long term run as well. Had I gone to a different forum for I probly would have started taking steroids at 150 lbs, never learned how to eat, and as soon as I came off I would be 150 lbs again. Or even worse I'd stay on AAS for to long jsut to keep me new size up and probly be on HRT by the time I'm 25.

Theres a lot of guys who will never even know how much they helped me because I don't post that often mostly I just search through old post. But I'll appreciate it more than they'll ever know.

I will always continue to stay of EF in an effort to expand my own knowledge and hopefully help give some new guys the same great advice I was given.

I always hated steroids until one day I decided to do some research. Googled steroids and eleitefitness caught my attention. I do not post much because I am busy and dont like to type much, but I love this board because of all the info and great people on this board.

I have been lifting since my higschool years and have been all natural spending a TON of money on different supps like proteins, pre and post workout drinks, creatines, and such.....finally got offered some "gear" from some gym rats at my local gym I thought about it and started researching more and more about my options and found this site.....well through this site and it's members I've learned that the gym rats were just trying to make a buck and basically just get me some gear without giving me good advice about pct and so on....and I've found NTBM which has great products so I'm don't searching for the right products that actually work in supp stores! Basically what keeps me coming back is the endless amount of help I can get here every single time I have a question about anything there is a good guy on her that will help me out! Also most sites you would never expect to hear back from a site owner......or online store owner....NOT HERE needto is always here for anyone who has a question about anything and from what I can see he would rather let his store fail before he sold some crappy supps which is highly respected in my book

It's great to have a new reliable sponsor around can't wait to try some chews from you guys!

I can understand why you stuck around on EF. There is defiantly a ton of valuable information and people that want to help out.

And want is the key word there are tons of forums with people that WILL help but here at EF there are people that WANT to help and see you do good

Was pretty much sick of being the weak kid. While doing some research on better diet and workout routines I came across EF. I became a member and for the first time as a fitness forum member I wasn't shot down and ridiculed for asking a newb type question. The guys were all really polite, especially some of the vets which I thought was awesome. They are honestly some of the friends whom I respect the most. I have learned a ton from being a member here. I've lost a ton of Fat and put on quite a bit of muscle. I've learned a ton about chemical enhancement, supplements, and diet, and a ton of this information I've been able to pass onto other friends of mine.

Jason good to have you aboard EF man. It's been a lifechanger for me and I hope you can have some great experiences while you're a member as well. I love the Chews Idea man. I hope you're successful with it.

I went the opposite way of most people. I found NTBM when I was looking for supps to get ready for my first season of collegiate baseball becayse GNC as we all hopefully have found out is the greatest waste of money their is. I mean ive used pretty much everything in the store and their whey protien was probably the most effective. I posted over at NTBM for awhile. By word of mouth over at NTBM I was pointed over here and have run into a large bodybuilding community, if I understand correctly EF was around before NTBM and alot of the people over there are EF vets

My story doesn't differ too much. I used to personal train played college ball etc. Blew out my knee in 97 or so and got really overweight through the years. Got married got divorced and was left looking in the mirror of someone who played competitively at 250 and was now 313.

I went straight to the gym that I already had a membership to and dropped to 222 from 313. Over the past 4 years I have kept a steady workout regimen and worked my way up to 270.

This past Christmas I buckled my diet down cause I wanted to try gear for the first time since hs. Every time I would google something the only place I could find, what to me sounded like sound advice was from ef. I lurked on the boards till about February and finally made my first post. The responses and help I have received from the members here has been more than I could have imagined. My diet is clicking right along with some more tweaks for my cycle and I have found a new place for all of my questions including diet, routines gear you name it. Not to mention Needto's website.

The results I have seen in just the last few months have been amazing even though I have been faithful in the gym for so long only now do I feel like I'm learning something new and growing from it, mentally and physically. I have new brothers in iron for sure.
