Potential 1st Cycle. Specific goal. Assistance appreciated!

Weight training regularly since college. I grew up weight training for soccer, though so I never trained for size. Bulking has never been my goal. I'm hitting the gym hard 4 days a week and am running 30 minutes in the AM 3 days a week.

The purpose of this thread is to get some assistance with finding new ways to get cut as I am finding it increasingly difficult to do so the older I get. I'm taking the following supps with good success: Amplify02 and PureCee. My diet is clean and strict at 2000cals. I'm taking Sesapure and Glucorell (just ordered Thermorexin) to assist in my dieting.

The main question is should I add AAS to my training regimen? I don't want to bulk. I want to lean up, get cut and stay strong. I believe I have done enough research to know what I'm getting into. I know that most members look down on an Anavar or Winny-only cycle but I am not wanting harsh sides and recovery periods.

Patience is your friend - gear is not. And BTW - Winny and Avavar are for girls.

If you want to do an Oral only cycle do Halo. I may get slammed b/c the majority of the peeps round these parts are more 'research' than 'experience', but Halo is a mans drug and will give your body the added push you are looking for.

Again, for your goals diet will do it all, but if you are going to do gear and injectable are out than some Halotestin is a great choice.
 
I've actually never taken a diet supplement so that is a new experience for me. Before I just watched my diet. The problem is now when I have been dieting I have not retained muscle hardness and vascularity like I did when I was younger. This is the reason for my AAS query.

I'm not looking for an oral-only cycle. I'm just not looking for a harsh cycle with sides and recovery period.
 
Well drugs are drugs - they have sides. At your age maybe get your blood work done and if your test is low, which it very wel could be, then your Doc will prescribe some Test lotion - very boring, but a start.
 
Diet:
5 meals a day (try to even out cals per meal 400)
42g protein shake x 2
(Almost all food from Whole Foods across the street from my house)
Chicken, steak, salmon
Fruit, mixed vegetables, whole grain oats
Supplements already mentioned (AmplifyO2, Sesapure, Glucorell, Thermorexin, PureCee)
 
Homie if you do a Winny only or Var only cycle trust me, you won't be running 30 minutes a day anymore, you'll be cramping like a biatch after your first 5 min. The only cardio you'll be doing is Sprints and maybe an Eliptical. Even walking cramps your calves up like a bitch on a Win only/ Var only run. Your libido will also be fucked, and you won't really notice any strength gains due to your 2000 calorie intake. Yes, Win/Var will get you looking hard, but it won't be a good feeling physically do to your joints being all dried out. The only time I took a Win+Var cycle was when I was wrestling at college during the season so my muscles wouldn't break down and go into a catabolic state, simply due to the harsh conditionings + low cal. diet I was on.

People get the whole "steroid bulking thing" screwed up. Just because you take Testosterone or lets say Decca, doesn't mean your gunna blow up and be a lard ass. Your size gains all have to do with your diet and exercise regime. Being that you said you only take in 2000cals a day, a Test/Var cycle would be a good start for an athletic type physique and would cut you up very nice.

You have to understand if your taking in only 2000 cals a day and burning lets say 1800 cals. You will barely gain any size/bulk on a Test/Var or Test/Win cycle. The test will improve your endurance, libido, and strength gains. While the Var will keep you looking hard and also work together with the test to add strength
 
Thanks, bro. That makes sense to me. I know there will be sides i just don't want to go through a harsh recovery period. That is the main thing holding me back from jumping into one of the common cycles that are posted here.
 
Sides only come for some, I've never experienced bloat or acne, but I am proned to gyno. The only time I experienced bad sides is when I was dosing to high.

It seems like you just want to go for the athletic look, not necessarily BB status so just run lower doses of Test- like 300-500mgs a week, and like 40-60mgs. of Var ED. Run an AI so you don't experience very any bloat and your nips won't get puffy. Its easy as that. You have 12%bf which is generally low and Gyno is more prone to a higher BF%. Also at that BF% you won't notice much water weight as long as you got your diet in check and keep the sodium intake low.
 
You are right about my goal. I don't want size. I want to be as trim and as cut as possible while staying strong.

So am I good on my 2000cals or would more cals benefit me more with the test?
 
Well it depends on what kind of calories you'll be consuming, (protein, carbs, fat).

In my opinion for your goals and your exersice regime, 2000 calories on a cycle will be pretty ineffective unless you are only eating protein and minimum fats. Your strength might go up a bit, but once you come off, you will lose much of it.

If you burn as much calories you consume, your body will not grow.

This is what I gained in the last 100 days of my cycle and I only consumed 2500 calories a day, it was strictly a cutting cycle. http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=539727

omna 500 ew 1-8
deca 300 ew 1-8
prop 100 ed 9-10

. . .and i'll be lean and mean (even at 42 yoa) by june. . .guaranteed!

for me, when leaning-out, the compounds don't have nearly as much to do with the end result as diet and cardio do. . .the above cycle, for me, is just nice and easy (i feel good mentally and physically throughout) on me and produces very nice results. . .
 
See... Digimon is only taking 20mg of Dbol...

Never understood why people started taking so much... b/c it's easy to swallow??? 20 is fine, hell, I think 30 is way to much... Lot's of the curl monkeys on this site take over 60mg per day... I see them at my gym.... curling their asses off. Beet red, swolen, and stupid.

LOL!

I agree, though... I never personally needed to exceed 25mg a day.

The "more-is-better" way of thinking is always prevalent on anabolic boards...

try logging all your daily food intake into this then tell us were all your cals are coming from.
 
3500 calories, mostly protein, training, rest, etc,,…..
