wutup all ive been training for about a year and ive made good gains i guess or am i ingrateful.you see 1 year ago i weighed in at a verry malnurished 136 pound IM A MAN 510 28 years old but now i weigh 172 through eating lots of protein and what i call my homebrew weight gain shakes 3 cups milk2 egg whites 2 scoops protein and a yogurt twice a day with 3 meals a day.and by training every other day. but im fighting genetics here through this bulking ive acheived a mild pot belly and i still want to gain but i think my shakes are belly bulkers aswell.any sugestions i want to hit 200 mark.How without spreading a gut from here to tokyo
 
if you have a distended belly, you're eating too much food at a time
