I maintain a pretty low bf% year round and it takes a lot of discipline. All I was saying is that if you want to be ripped you have to pay a price. I can't remember the last time I had a burger or ate at a fast food joint. If you want the abs you got to earn 'em
 
I'm done with workout shakes. Just sick of them I guess. Now I have half a cup of oatmeal (25-30 grams carbs) mixed with 2 scoops of whey. If I had a really hard workout, or did cardio as well, I'll mix in a few spoons of Dextrose.

Much more satisfying for me then a protein shake.
 
when you say 80-120g of high GI carbohydrate, give an example please. I usually go with a myoplex with an extra scoop of protein, around 60gms, and about 3 slices of wheat bread or a cup of oats.
