Looking for your guys honest opinions. I think I have a little more definition than the pics show as I am just too damn white. Starting next week I will be hitting the cardio harder, as of yesterday me and my wife had our first child, a son ;) . I am still going to try and go sneak into the gym for the next few days to hit some weights.

I think you have to sign up, but it takes like 1 min. These were taken on 5-2-06 at 233 lbs, 5'11''. I can see my abs a little but with no tan it makes it a little harder. The plan is to get to where I am leaner with a visible 6 pack regardless of the color of skin.

What BF% do you guys I am at? Thanks.

Probably around 12% from what I can see on the tiny ass picture.

Got a really nice camera, but the damn thing saves the picture megabytes and I had to get it do like 600K max.

Congrats on having your first son bro!

My diet has been really good, except for yesterday because of the hospital stay.

How long would it take for me to get down to competition ready level? Assuming a clean diet and 30-45 mins of cardio (walking at a fast pace on an incline) for 4-5 days in a week.

Carbs consist of oats, brown rice and I am thinking of trying some yams. Currently just working out and doing the cardio. For the last two weeks I was only doing it 2-3 days a week, but that will go back up as of this coming Monday.

Right now I am on Prop and Fina. No other supps. except for Protein and some vitamins. Should I use some OTC for extra fat burn.

Thanks. It was pretty exciting especially since it took us about a year to get her pregnant. She actually took some HCG to help with the ovulation. She unfortuanately had to have a C-section, but everything was good. Kid was actually 3.5 weeks early, but still weighed 8 pounds 5 ounces.

3.5 weeks early and 8lb 5oz. Sounds like a born bodybuilder. Congrats bro.

Either that or maybe a linebacker. :p He was 19.5 inches so he was a little shorter than me, but at 3 weeks early he would have been actually more weight than I was when I was born at 8.5 pounds 22 inc.

short and stauky. Get him in the gym early and he'll prob live there for the rest of his life. Good luck and have fun with him, cuz he'll grow up to fast.

Congrats on the baby bro!!
you are lookin great man..keep it up! good sized arms, chest looks great
keep training for mass...separation comes from adding mass Ive found rather than dieting it all away..lol

you can always cage him in a shed with weights @ about 8 years old and feed him raw slabs of meat and force him to turn into a brutal animal....dad did that to me and I think i turned out ok... :chomp:

I want to get to about 8-10 % BF and look to build on that. I actually need more thickness in my chest. That was after an arms session. Cold they are right at 17.5 inches, so with the pump probably 18 and maybe a little more.

Congrats. And lookin solid bro. It wouldnt take you long at at all to get into competition....depending on level of course :)

Thanks. Looking at doing a local show, but I would of course want to win and dominate if possible. Went to the show 2 years ago and we had some good looking guys there, but most were upper body only. The show is actually a National Qualifier.

If you are at 12% or so, take a good 20 weeks of dieting. Don't be like me and try to do it in less than 12... I needed another 4-8 weeks for sure by contest time. Either way, give yourself plenty of time and then, if you are starting to peak too early, you can always take in some extra cal and back off a little and space it out. But, you'll probably need to go through the experience first before you really know your own timing. Best of luck! With your size, I think you'll come out just fine.
