I'm clean.
I did get a minor consumption on my 17th birthday. I got so freaked out, I threw up outside of the police car. I never lived that shit down. I'll never forget my Dad & Mom walking in to get me at the jail. I thought I was fucking deadmeat. They were cool as hell about it. Dad was like, I hope you learned your lesson and that was it. I hought for sure he was going to flip out on me. I never got in trouble again after that.

How bout we post the charges then what is pleaded /amended to..
1. Dui
2. domestic Violence (the officer agreed to drop that in court after my ex basically said I didnt slap her) (she also stabbed me in the leg 2x while i was laying in bed but I lied to the po-po for her and said i got jumped by some puerto ricans )
3. Assault with a stick ( i swear it said that on the police report) - I pleaded guilty to a "civil ordinance violation" for that one.
I have spent 3 nights in jail and each time it sucked more and more. time goes so fuckin slow.
speeding tickets/moving violations - to many to list.

I've never been arrested and have no police record. Thank goodness. When you apply to law school and the bar they make you explain any black marks on your police record or in your credit report.
ok I have had the cops escort me home many times, but never got into trouble..One time one escorted me home and I could barely stand, he told my moms I was drunk but my mom asked me if I had been drinking.I said no, so she believed me and flipped out on him...Many other nights running from getting caught underage drinkin, lol...Yeah I liked my booze!
Got first ticket issued to me back 7 years ago this july...Almost 1 yr to the day of having my license...Been let off on a warning many times though, boobs man boobs help....

You just hire an attorney and hopefully you find something procedurally suspect or you keep finding grounds for a continuance, the prosecution will eventually offer a deal once they know you're taking it to trial. They have a Reckless II charge in Ohio which is essentially a downgraded DUI, you get all the penalties of a DUI but it doesn't count you as a repeat offender if you get convicted of a DUI in the future.beefcake28 said:

well over 30 stacks just to my attorney. I'm just lucky I live in Lake Co, IN where we have wonderful cities like Gary, Hammond and East Chicago. I recently looked at the felony warrants out for everyone in my county and it was just redicilous how many there are.
