post your current aches & pains

Nothing too serious on me yet.. sore left knee so i'm postponing the squats&deadlifts till tomorrow.. tight upper back, stiff neck... sore shoulder I should've been icing 3 weeks ago
 
putting the dumb bell back yesterday, I missed the rack.. and crushed My finger..right on the joint.. . the worse part was that I had to finish the dropset, no pain no gain though, I just got pissed off and sucked it up.

Uh.. sprained my groin almost fully recovered.. (was attempting the splits)

Hamstrings are still really tight, since an 8x8 squat day, and leg workout two tuesday's ago, almost fully recovered aswell.. hoora.
 
My left hand is currently...hurting. I dunno what it is. I use a power washer at work, then I worked out. Any ideas?

I don't know if I should workout tonight, it hurt two days ago and I worked out.

Should I skip my workout or persevere through it?

depends on how bad it hurts in my opinion, if I could grip the weights without much main or discomfort then I would still work out. if your hand hurts to just squeeze something, then I'd let it rest.
 
always some stupid annoying soreness on one knee or the other during non-training days...whatever....phuck it
 
:worried: My chest,Triceps and legs are the only parts of mine to ever ach.I have only have a sore back like ywice.Same with Biceps! I hate it when your handleing your plates when you put them back and your fingernail gets crushed inbetween 2 plates.Ouch! I once was doing Incline DB BP with weights that were too heavy.When I was finished I brought them crashing down onto my pelvisor whatever its called.the hard bone just under the V on your stomach. It left 2 deep lines and bruises for about 2 weeks
 
Shoulder joints are sore

Tennis elbow I think (in left ellbow)

Popped ulnar nerve out of place both elbows (irritaitng more than anything but still makes my entire forearms completely numb just about every night when I go to sleep)

Torn maniscus in left knee fro hyperextending it at a young age.

Mentally I am screwed! lol!

none. olympic lifting is my therapy. it makes the aches and pains that i had from not lifting go away.
