Let's do it! I just came from a competition this morning and it's so motivating...watching all the competitors. I could do without the 50 bikini models though. ;)

From the pics I have seen maam you would smoke those little girls Cali. :rose:

I have to add ALOT of size to my legs in a short amount of time. I work them HARD but they are being stubborn. They will get there. I have an ex IFBB pro working with me on training, posing, and all around competition so I should fare well. I just want to be right when I step out there. As you know it is so not easy. I will have to bulk through Feb. Then cut hard and diet down to competion shape. What physique is there after the last cut is just what is there, so I want it to be the biggest and freakiest me that I can possibly be. Lol

Are you looking at a June show?? It was interesting watching the bodybuilders today...the callouts didn't always include the biggest guys but the ones who were the best conditioned, which is where I fell short last time. I don't want to add too much more size but need to be in a lot better overall condition. It's such a learning process!!! You can do it though! You have the dedication!!

Yep! June will be a local and if I can place I want to do an NPC in August I believe. I will have to verify the schedule on that. And I agree. The pic I posted a couple weeks ago really didn't do my cut justice. I don't know if it was the lighting or crappy camera phone but my skin fold said 9.5% and that pic didn't look it. I am clean bulking right now. 5000 cals a day. Training 6 days a week and lagging body parts twice a week. I have seen you in comp shape and you look incredible. Your body will get back to that in no time and now you know where you fell short so you can overcome that through your training and walk out there and kick ass!

Stubborn legs... that sucks! When mine stalled, I went to 90% 1rm for a handful of sets, then dropped down to light weight and 20-30 reps. It sucked, soooo bad.... But they exploded in size bro

That is very simlar bro to what I am doing now. Only I am doing the high reps as my warm up then doing 5x12 on work sets. Just switched over to this about 3 weeks ago and it is improving. SO basically you are dead on on that bro!
