Clyde seems to recognize the sound of my car from a block or more away. I often find him waiting at the front step or at the front of the sidewalk when I get home.

No Bonnie, just Clyde. He was going to be Claude, because when I was trying to think of a name for him he clawed his way up my leg. But I decided that I couldn't shout "CLAUDE" at the top of my lungs at 3:00 AM. That's my test for good pet names -- would you be embarrassed to wake up all your neighbors calling for them at 3:00 AM? It rules out names such as "Mittens" or "Mr. Fluffy".

she plays with my feet and I need to feel if she is around
