I'm not cutting, but I was wondering - Would it not be more beneficial to just take a fat burner and continue eating (clean) slightly above maintenance than it would be to eat below maintenance with no fat burner? Since food aids with recovery, I would think that continuing to eat more, but offsetting the extra calories with a burner, would allow one to continue lifting without over training. Am I way wrong here? Just to be clear, I know there is no substitute for a clean diet. And if this is a common question, sorry. I tried looking it up!
