Possible stupid question, 1st cycle...

I am goin DMSO fina method, about 3 weeks in. I have noticed strength gains, and a healthy appetite. However, I have not gained a pound...in fact I might have lost weight.

I know i am going to lose fat, and I could be gaining muscle at the same rate...but I dont think that's whats going on. I am really lean to begin with, and I am totally stuck at 186.

So, I guess the question is this: Is this normal? Or even better, when would I expect to start seeing results. Unfortunately, it is kind of depressing when you dont see anything. Especially since I had such a tough decision to 'go to the dark side', haha.

Oh, one more thing. "Just inject it" or anything along those lines isn't the answer I am looking for. Yes, I am fully aware that injecting it is better..just a decision is made for now

I am taking 3 pellets a day, dmso, wrap, go to bed.
 
Without more info I would guess diet. You are getting results so you are taking enough to see somthing. I would suggest to eat a lot more but thats just a guess since you didn't post your diet.
 
ok, here goes

as far as diet goes, I am trying to just eat everything in sight. I will wake up, have a big bowl of cereal..then workout. come back, get a turkey hero. then have a shake. then whatever for dinner (try to get a lot of protein). have another shake later on. then try to get one more thing down before bedtime.

So, on average..i would say i eat 4 times a day, plus 2 shakes.
I do admit, I don't feel like I have been eating enough

For my routine...i keep it pretty basic

Monday (Chest): Flat DB, Incline smith, Hammer Strength incline, Incline DB, Machine flys/cable crossovers

Tues (Legs): Squats, quad extensions, hamstring curls, light calves (when they get real strong they rip the tendons from the front and give me wicked shin splints..but my calves are really big)

Wed: OFF

Thurs (back): Deads, Seated Rows, T-bar/hammerstrength, Pulldowns

Fri (shoulders): Press (machine/db), Side raises, Rear delts, Shrugs

Sat (arms): Bi - BB curl, Preacher curl, DB curl
Tri - Pushdowns, overhead extensions on machine,
reverse extensions on cable (single arm)

of course, i change an excercise here and there to keep it fresh, and the order too (like start with incline on chest)

I have been going real heavy, like 4 sets of 6 reps for each excersice. I am definitely seeing strength gains, but I am also starting to have 'off' days.

You might wanna try eating the pellets, the DMSO Method reaaly sucks. That stuff is harsh on your skin, it smells bad and it´s not more effective than swallowing the tabs.
O yes, up your food intake. A bowl of cereals is a shitty breakfast, not enough protein, to much sugar.
 
I relize you said you did'nt want to hear this but,I'm sayin it anyway just inject the shit. If your going over to the darkside well thats how you put it,Atleast do that shit right.Suck it up and stick that shit in......

YOU ARE WASTING: your time, money, & fina pellets

I don't give a damn about all.. it absorbs xxx much and it xxx % should be in your body, I know this guy who took xxxx mg a day for xxx weeks using stank ass DMSO and gained xxx.. fuck all that.

I've done a lot of tren and hear me out:

75mg (or more) of trenbelone by intramuscular injection everyday for x weeks.

Get a kit , follow the instructions, grow some balls and do it. You'll thank me later.
 
come on guys, lets try to keep with the subject...how to make the most of HOW I AM DOING IT NOW.

I really wanted to stay all natural, but I have been on a plateau for over a year...and it really frustrated me, and made me not want to go to the gym anymore.

Needle better, I understand. I also know that the DMSO method does work....so lets make it work
