I don't go to any other "bodybuilding" sites. I got off cycling when I broke my back, haven't really lifted much anymore either.. I use to b 7-8%, now I'm at like 15% can't do much about it anymore

I use to be big into bodybuilding but went back to school and got my masters and slowly stopped cycling b/c my diet was jacked and my lifts were quick and getting sloppy.. so since all that I haven't gotten back into it and probably won't.. Plus it would take A LOT of work to get back to where I was
