Pop ups and chat!

George, am I the only Platinum member who has to go through pop up windows everytime I come here? I thought one of the benefits of being a Platinum member was no more annoying pop ups? Another thing Platinum chat keeps locking up my computer when I log in. Can't we make this window optional?

And, are you using Internet Explorer? AOL and Netscape do not play as nicely with chat as Explorer.
