Haha! What do you mean?! What cars have failed you so far? I have good history with both a 99 dodge stratus and 07 ford truck.

Lets see, I had a Chevy Blazer that was garbage at 128,000 miles. Started having problems at 50,000 and it only got worse after that. There wasn't much I didn't have to replace under the hood of that vehicle. Everything from the heads up was redone, cats, radiator, power steering as well. My Ford car (they make decent trucks) was no longer worth fixing at 77,000 miles. So yeah, I think I'll stick with my Landcruiser that has 135,000+ miles and never a issue and my Lexus SC400 with 200,000+ miles and not one problem.

planned as soon as they get one in my state. Maybe 2 weeks away or so the shister car salesman says

If you want a deal, you better wait a few ( maybe 6) months, or you'll be paying near MSRP.

They're selling every Malibu they can build right now at or near sticker.

Those are sweet looking cars

I always find it funny how people end up with a few lemons and then write off the entire north american automotive industry, hell these companys helped build this country why jump ship so quickly to a foriegn vehicle

well said.

Nissan has had some significant ongoing reliability problems with some of their models, and I've not heard anyone make such blanket statements regarding Japanese cars. The 6 Toyota used in the 90's Supras had a bad rep for shitting it's pants in less than 60k miles, but I've never heard anyone suggest Toyota makes crappy cars in general.

As for American cars, the first two cars our family owned after immigrating from Mexico were a Cavalier and later a Sunfire. Both lasted forever, and the latter was going strong when we sold it at 220K miles....original engine, tranny, and even clutch.

I would not even take a dodge If some one gave it to me.
