*Poll: What is your post workout shake or meal??*

Shake:
40g protien
3g carbs

wait 1/2 to 1 hr

9 egg whites, 2 yokes, heaping spoonful of peanut butter
 
I'm bulking right know so 30 minutes after workout I take a Prolab-Nlarge shake eat 2 yogurts a peanut butter sandwhich and a couple cookies. Then about 1-2 hours latter I eat a big meal. I also drink a quart of water after working out.gilly6993 why would you take 3 protien shakes after a workout. Your body just pisses away the extra protien. It's a waste why don't you spread them throughout the day
 
ISOPURE 35g post work out, then N-Large half serving 20 minutes post work out, Kool Aid/Mistic for simple carbs. Then 1 hour later I eat a large meal ;)
 
right after workout:

1 Scoop of Creatine HSC -AST- 5 grams creatine,
30 grams sugar = 175 cals.

10 grams of GL3 Micronized Glutamine-AST

2 scoops of VP2 Whey Peptide Isolate-AST 50 grams of protein

400 mcgs ALA 200 Alpha Lipoic Acid-AST

2000mcgs-B-12, 1500 vit. C, 1500 MSM

45 min. after the above:
1 Scoop of Creatine HSC -AST- 5 grams creatine,
30 grams sugar = 175 cals.

10 grams of GL3 Micronized Glutamine-AST

One Ny-Tro PRO-40 - AST

one hour after that a 1/2 pound hamburger with cheese or large steak
and side dish.

with in 2 1/2 hour's after your workout you have put in a rough guess of about 130 grams of protein, 10 grams of creatine, 20 grams of glutamine. Go to bed rest and grow!!!!!

As you can tell I like ast products :-}

myoplex "chocolate" 2 teaspoons of creatine and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, L-glutamine. using 1 cup milk, and 1 cup water. about 2 and 1/2 hours later, 3 homemade burgers, with lots of chili peppers.
