I hate them on woman. Why do woman do this? I think that they think that men want woman with large breasts.

My wife has them and they're great. It takes a while for them to settle in but you can'ta even tell. She's happier and feels much more proportioned.

The newer technique where they go under the muscle and the shape is more "natural" are great. I like them when they stick out and don't sag too much!

I would prefer a great set of natural breasts, but how often do you see them. Implants can fix sagging or poorly shaped breasts so that is a good thing. If you have nicely shaped and perky natural breasts do not do anything to them no matter how small or big. Anything else should be looked at by a plastic surgeon.
