That's a walk in urgent care place right? If so, I would not worry bout it. Does the department you are going for not pay for the test themselves, or does that fall on every applicant? The reason I'm asking all this is, if your department is floating the bill and will only pay for a small urgent care, then I seriously doubt they will cough up the coin for a steroid test. If they expect the individual applicants to pay for their own tests, then its just not reasonable to ask the applicant to pay up for such an expensive test.
