Plz Help with my first cycle !!

Hi
I am 39 yrs, 5ft 7in, 175 lbs, BF 20%. Training from 3 yrs (6 mnths was off in between) . Diet is upto the mark, workout 3 days wts 3 days cardio,
planning to do :
test e 500 mg/week (250mg x twice) only for 10 weeks
nolvadex if gyno
clomid pct from 13th week.

Should i add dianabol 25gms for 1-4 weeks.
What gains to expect if i do 250mg per week


what do u think guys, plz help!! done a lot of research..

Cycle looks good Test only for first timers,good dosage you have picked out, sub the nova for Arimidex, PCT should include Nova,Unleashed,HCGenerate I have a discount for these (eclenbuterol) (needtobuildmuscle)

Radars first post sems pretty muh spot on. That would be the one i would follow.

Adding the dbol as a kickstart would definitly help your gains but if your really intrested in learning each drug and its reaction I would stick with test only and make the test and dbol a future second cycle. This will help you learn the sides and what your body likes alot more for future benifit.
 
I would do 250 mon and another thurs also get at least 2 grams of protein for every pound of bodyweight.
Leave off the dbol for the first cycle, see how you react to test.

honestly, put the gear away for a little while. if your goal is strength and strength only its one thing.. but if you want to truely look good then 20% bf is TOO HIGH. you will put on more bf on cycle eating so much along with muscle, just the way it works. so drop your bf down to 15%, then you can start gear. until you get that bf down you will be dissapointed in your results.

and also you haven't been working out for too long but definately seems like you have done your research.. KEEP researching.. like i told another guy, I thought I knew a lot also when i did my first cycle, and I had a very good cycle.. but it could of been better had i waited a little longer and kept gaining knowledge

to ansewr your question if you eat properly you can expect to get 20 pounds easy but everyone is different. at your bf you need to do cardio also.. i was 9% bf when i did my first cycle and blew up to 15% and family members were actually calling me fat so keep that in mind even though i added 50 pounds to my bench press. so i would work your ass off for 6 months, THEN hop on the gear.. you will have much better results.

BOTTOM LINE is if you are on here asking questions then you need to keep researching. until you get to a point where you know everything about both your cycle AND PCT then HOLD OFF. your PCT you mentioned to open the thread is poor (as was mine when i did my first cycle and i wish i had waited) listen to RADAR on that or PM needto, he will help you lineup a good PCT.. them and nelson have helped me immensley lineup a good PCT and I even feel like I want to wait before i start my 2nd cycle until I really build up my body and prepare it for a rigorous 3 months.

what is your current diet?

what is your current cardio?

me thinks we can clean both of those up and you can reach your goals without anything hard

diet is a low carb/fat and high protein (1.5/lbs) 6x day. cardio (medium pace 50 mins) 3 times empty stomach mornings.will clen help with test e??

be more specific what you are eating on a typical day.. like what you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc.

and specifically what kind of cardio.. running? eliptical? walking?
 
try running instead. and you will reach your goals quicker. i'm personally not a fan of eliptical IMHO. this coming from a 5K and half marathon runner. when i was training for those the eliptical didn't do a damn thing to improve my endurance.

i would run atleast a half mile everyday before you workout. it wont effect your workout very much to do it before

you should eat a large breakfast.. 8 meals a day but small. a very small dinner.

LEAN meats, veggies, fruits. tons of water. stay away from pasta's, breads, sugars, meats (such as fatty red meat, bacon, sausage, etc)

gotta bring your bf% down bro. 20% is too high for a male.
 
Take Radar's advice. At your age (my age) you'll feel fantastic on the test and your workouts will be great. If you plan your diet well, you will NOT put on fat and might even burn some. I like aromasin over arimidex, but with AI you go with will work.
 
DIET is perfect, cardio cycling elliptical

i like the elliptical..i can push the pace, work up a nice heart rate and not cause pain to my knees and back..i have a torn ligaments in my knee and a herniated disc in my lower back

if your like me, your not training for a marathon...your training to burn fat and hold lean mass, so your endurance doesn't have to be incredible..20-25 min sessions will give you great results bro

***Everyone is different. If your seeing results don't change, if your not, look into some change.

Well somethings not up to the mark because youre too fat if you say youre 20% at only 175 lbs. Wait to get your BF down to at least 12-13% then hit the gear, otherwise you stand to get even fatter.

do NOT start anything until you get your bf% down unless you want to waste your gear. stash it away and get your body in better shape beforehand, you will get poor results if you juice at 20%. for your age you need it down to <15%

see my pic on the left? no juicing.. it was achieved with just proper diet and working my butt off in the gym. 7% bf, then later on i juiced.. i was 9% bf when i started juicing.

i am new here plz explain :how do u become fat with test, low carb and fat diet, are u taking bout water retention, that can be solved right bro, what bout the face swelling , is it that bad at 500 mg..plz help guys
 
It's nearly impossible to eat enough to take advantage of a cycle and not gain any fat along with it. Optimistically you'll gain 1lb of fat for every 3-4 of muscle. If you're doing it right your BF may very well be higher after the cycle, not lower.
 
I dont think your BF will be higher after cycle. If your putting on more fat than you are muscle your going wrong somewhere. Keep your diet at a clean maintance intake and you will drop BF for sure.

i guarantee if you run a cycle and eat properly, and workout.. your bf% will go up.

if you are gonna put on muscle, you are gonna put on some fat also. thats the way it works.

thats why I am telling you to store your gear until you get your bf% down or you will be severely dissapointed.

what if u do test 250mg/week for 10 weeks and clen for 6 weeks

your results will still be poor.

if you have deep pockets then go ahead and run a cycle. you will get stronger, but you will be dissapointed with your body.

then you will realize you just blew a G for nothing and wish you would of knocked ur bf down before running a cycle.

you will end up stronger but with 24-25% bf would be my prediction and your body will not look better.

or the correct option is to knock ur bf to 15%, suck up as much info as possible on cycles and PCT, then run a cycle the right way and reap some nice results.

i have gear right now but guess what? I am NOT running another cycle...... yet. because

1. i dont want to waste money until I am absolutely prepared for the rigors and
2. i am getting over a nasty sinus infection for 2 weeks and my body isn't ready yet

Very True, BTW i did and still do morning cardio on an empty stomach 10 hrs after my last meal so my body burns fat at the same time while building muscle, so i know its possible to do both, tested and proven my me for yrs providing you follow the right diet advice.
I can set you up a good Fat burning/muscle building diet if you wish .

i do morning cardio but i have a protein shake as soon as i get up so its like half an hour before i hit the treadmill.is that ok.

And plz fix me the good Fat burning/muscle building diet...thanx in advance for ur effort.

fasted cardio is a better way to burn fat, you just have to be concerned with muscle breakdown. I would suggest some ibcaa's pre/intra morning cardio to reduce this. if you eat before the cario, then your body will look to what you've just consumed for fuel, rather than looking to your fat stores.
