Plz help me fix this up?

AM Cardio(EMPTY STOMACH) -Maybe 3-4x a week
Lifting-3x a week


Meal1(After AM CARDIO)
5egg Whites
1whole wheat toast

Meal2
Protein Shake

Meal3
Grilled Chicken and Brocclli or instead of Brocolli Red Kidney Beans
-OR-
Tunafish with 1tbsp mayo on 2slices wholewheat bread(IS THIS FINE???)

Meal4
Grilled chicken breast or turkey breast,1/2oatmeal

Meal5
ChickenBreast or turkey breast

My stats are 160 .5'9 goal is to be 30 or 31 waist with hardly no lower gut
 
That seems really low on the calorie scale to me. I guess it depends on what you're cooking with and how it's prepared, but your body might go into shock and store everything as fat on a diet that light. If i were you I would add some more food in the AM, but that's just my opinion.

but is deli meat okay? Deli Turkey? atleast i could bring one of my meals 2 school so deli turkey meat on whole wheat bread fine?
