Im finally back at school, and off my Smith machine i've been using for the summer. They made a new gym that I'm gonna be in nearly everyday. I want to add plyometrics in my routine, but does that mean I have to sacrifice some heavy lifting? Here's my routine. Or should I be doing them on the weekends instead of mixing it in?

Monday

3x6 Flat Bench
3x6 Inclined
2x6 Declined
3x15 Dips
3x6 Flies

Tuesday
3x10 Curls
3x6 SkullCrushers
3x8 Tri Extensions
3x8 Wrist Curls

Wednesday
3x6 Military
3x6 Rows
3x6 Lat Pulldown
5x5 Chinups
3x8 Shrugs

Thursday
Leg Stuff
3 x 6 Squats

you could sacrifice the "heavy" lifting on Tuesday.

Do you start over with the routine on Friday?
Whats the "leg stuff" on Thursday?

You are hardly doing anything for legs????? and thats what plyos mostly effect. Plyos are much harder to recover from, but most likely not to bad with your routine. I would just change the whole thing if i was you. However who am I to say anythin. Post your stats!!!

I think you need 6 or 7 more chest exercises to really hit all the heads..........j/k

Why do you want to incorporate Plyos? Sports stuff? How old are you? If I were going to be doing Plyos I would be doing all other stuff explosive as well I would think. I ti si for sports than I would follow a combination of an Oly lift program and a Plyo program
