Please suggest modifications to this routine

So everyone who trains legs has perfect knees?

You need a dedicated day for each body-part with the proper rest in between and changing up your training routine on a regular basis.

You can train legs, be smart about it.
 
dude you gotta mix shit up.

hit things differently. do different workouts, do muscle groups EOD sometimes to spark GH production. theres a ton, just keep learning, watching other big guys in the gym and going.

even buy 5 personal trainer sessions to see what a teacher would do.




you don't want to get set in routines...IMHO
