im lost here? this is so incomplete that i don't know where to begin?? the body parts you actually address are getting minimal work at best... there's no variety, etc... what about... um i dont know... biceps? triceps? legs? what is this bro??? is this a joke?

I'm guessing your goal is purely strength based? I don't see any dedicated arm work at all, and where are squats and deadlifts?

No, I want to gain strength but I don't even care that much about strength. Muscle is my goal.

I don't train legs because I have knee problems.

What should I change about my current routine?

I have an exercise for chest, shoulders, back, and traps. I figured arms would be worked out at the same time as the compounds. And I have knee problems so can't train legs.

What would you recommend to improve this routine?

please check out the weight lifting forum. That routine is way off. There are tons of workout routines there.

you need to train legs I don't care if you have 'knee problems' you cannot create imbalances in your body.. that's probably why you have knee problems to begin with.

you can still train legs with bad knees. you would just have to be smart about it.. don't go heavy etc.

the setup you have is going to create horrible imbalances and you will become more injured

Hell yeah... Not working legs is a mistake. I have developed so much more strength over the years because I continue to beat the shit out of my legs. Shock the central nervous system do legs- bi weekly IMO

I've had a bad knee for years now.. Just have to modify workouts

People always have excuses for not training legs lol. Legs are critical. If you have knee problems you should still be able to find a way to work around them and do things that don't aggravate it.
