PLEASE Review 1st cycle ANY SUGGESTIONS?!?

This will be my first cycle im 22 yrs old 5 ft 9 in 180lbs with 10 % BF im bout to place my order would like to kno if this is solid or if i should change anything

W 1-2 300 mg Test E
W 3-10 Test E 600mg
W 11-12 Test E 300 mg
W 1-4 Dbol 40 mg
Arimidex 0.25 mg ed throughout

Pct
W1-4 test recovery stack
W1-4 25mg clomid ed
Arimidex 0.25 mg eod

Any suggestions /comments please

Cut the dosages in half.

SHorten the length by a month.

Get some HMG UNLEASHED, POST CYCLE and Sustain

Drop the Clomid.

Those numbers don't make a lot of sense. What are you trying to do?


Use hcg, aromasin and clomid for PCT.

Drop the Clomid.

He's got the Sustain in the TRS. No need to pyramid up and then back down. PC and Unleashed are good to have in there. Probably don't need the Clomid. If you need a SERM a low dose of Nolva will have less sides. 10 MG works well with the TRS.

It's cookie cutter but most guys will recommend 500 MG per week for a first cycle split into two doses. My guess is that your gear is 300 MG per ML though and that's why you're going with 300/ 600. You can always shoot .75 ml twice per week for 450 MG per week.

A 10 weeker for your first cycle would be better. You may recover a little better this way.

If you have HCG run it on cycle. From week 4 on until your last shot. 250 iu 2 x per week. Then don't run it in PCT. This keeps testicular form and function allowing you to recover better/ faster.

Keep the dose of test the same threw out the cycle. Starts out with 600mg and just keep it at that dose the whole time. Going up and down is old school and does nothing. Hold off on the Arimidex no need to use it unless you need it. It will take away from gains if you do not need it do not use it.

Weeks 5 to 12 it would be smart to add hcg 500ius every week. Pct looks good. Could you change it and make it better? Ya add in post cycle and unlshed and drop the clomid. It will cost you the same in price and a lot less in sides.

might want to get some 25 g 1 inch too for your quads.. can use the 1 inch on your delts also

If its your first cycle, why not run the test at 300mg/wk? Definatley dont pyramid doses. pick a dose and go with it. Also like Needto said, I wouldnt use the a-dex unless you need to.
