Damn Bino those videos were hilarious.
Couple key things gleaned from those vids.
1. Don't use a thumbless grip while benching.
2. Don't bench with hand/wrist perfectly straight because it can lead to thumbless bench loss.
3. Some people shouldn't lift weights.
Jesus I saw so many benches where it just fuckin pops out of their hands. WTF is that. I have never, not once had something like that come even close to happening.
I lose everytime:
I lose everytime:
the rippin and the tearin!!People gettin pinned on bench CLEARLY never grew up with a Sears plastic weight set where the weights are filled with concrete.
I musta pinned myself 100's of times between the age of 13-17.
Ya got to learn the bar roll over the abs. If ya aren't ripped you'll feel some rippin and tearin on the belly pudge, but ya get used to it.
I feel sorry for those that have not mastered this technique. I've easily unpinned myself with +225lbs. The abs can support a shit load of weight. If you can brace yourself and get it low enough to situp yur good.
I'm pretty confident I could do this at least up to 250lbs.
Ab roll 5000 Bishes!
James Brown but he ain't drunk. He's geeked out of his gord on some flame yayo!!
he feels good, poppa's got a brand new bag it's a man's world!!
