Please help with my diet!

Please feel free to critique my diet/supplement use.

All advice will be duly acted upon!!

7am-----2 pieces of toast,protein shake with tablespoon of flax oil, 2 xenadrine RFA supplements, 2 CLA gel caps, wellman multi
vitamins.

9am-----scoop of creatine.


11am----1 roll with either turkey, ham, or pork


12-30pm-lots of lettuce, cucumber, veg, some kind of protein, beef
, chicken,pork etc, protein shake with tbsp of flax oil---2 more CLA gelcaps


3-15pm--2 more xenadrine rfa-----2 more CLA softgels---protein shake
with 1 tbsp of flax oil


4-15pm--5-15pm workout

6pm-----some kind of small high protein low carb meal, scoop of creatine


10pm----protein shake with 1 tbsp of flax oil


10-30pm bed!!!

in addition to this i only drink water--approx 2-3 litres a day.

i also have a energy drink but only after i have lifted or done my
aerobic workout!!

no soft drinks, alcohol has been once in last three weeks!!!

First, I'm not sure of your stats, but even that being said, your calories seem WAY! too low, so that might be a problem...give stats pleast

drop the toast, add 1 cup oatmeal

9am-----scoop of creatine.

have a meal WAY before 10, if your post workout meal is at 6, I would say 8 is the latest to have meal 2 p-w (post-workout)....try having 2oz. pasta w/ some lean ground beef and some veggies, and make sure to add 10-15g psyllium husk fiber to that


looks like you're trying to get lean, if so: I'd recommend adding some Yohimburn and some R-ALA to that whole stack
