So those are his levels.... since receiving his bloods he has dropped the Winstrol and Tren A.

He has also reduced his Test E to 250mg.

What other recommendations can you guys make?

He has started Humanofort, 3g Vitamin C and Phosphatidyl Serine 100mg x 3 daily to reduce Cortisol and ACTH levels.

I dont know what to recommend for him about the others however?

What do you guys think?

If I understand your post correctly, he had the blood work done WHILE he was still taking test e?

IMO blood work should be taken at a minimum 4 week AFTER PCT. Blood work will be totally out of wack if taken during a cycle.

I recommend stopping all of the juice, do a solid PCT, then get blood work done.

I am not going to go over every value above but his liver and kidneys are stressed. There are supplements out there he can take. An easy stack is the Blood Pressure, Liver, and Lipid supplements from William Llewellyn. MOLECULAR NUTRITION - X-FACTOR

Drink lots of water too. At least one gallon a day.

The sponsors of this site might also have some darn good stacks available. I know need2, Omega and the others will chime in.

thanks alot

he was also on winstrol and tren at time of test...

tests are free in Australia... so some people do them quite a bit...

which explains his liver values...

main issue was just the cortisol and kidney stress..

bro what i see is normal in the fact that steroid abuse (which was what he was doing) will cause a screwed up panel.

once he goes off cycle he needs to run a PCT.. and he needs to take a long break from AAS. then he can re-test.. and hopefully things go back to normal.

maybe next time ease off on such a harsh cycle if he is worried.. and keep the cycle shorter.

Winstrol can hammer liver and lipid values. I have proof of that. Stacking compounds can make things worse. Back when I did orals I never used more than one at a time. No need to stress the body like that. Being older and wiser I do not use methylated orals that are harsh on the liver.

He needs to read up on proper cycling and take care of his health. I know too many people who abuse steroids, do not get blood work done, and permanently damage their health. Used properly though, there are tons of benefits. Get your friend on track for success, not failure!
