This is not so much an adding revenue thing as a money saving idea. And it might be completely off base. But, as new members sign up everyday, and with very few of them paying, I assume you'll run into a bandwidth and disk space problem.

With that in mind, it just occurred to me how far the archives go back on this board. Seems like forever. How necessary is that? Would it be worth dumping some of that data in an effort to free up some space/bandwidth? Therefore saving on expneses?

I believe some of that data you mean has already been erased. I haven´t been able to find archives topics a thousand of times....

there are two searches.
there is the one up where you have your profile and such - within there you can manipulate it so that you have varying degrees of resolution as to what you see.

then up at the very top, you have the links to discussion boards, free e-mail, etc... AND search.
that one in there allows you to go back through a different set - AND most importantly - the archives - TONS of stuff in there.
