Please Critique.

I started out lifting Aug 2008 @ 137lbs. Currently at 160-165 and 5'10". I've been mainly doing 5x5, but started HST last week. I don't have before pictures (i apologize), however I had pencils for legs and was pretty toned, but skinny in the upper body. I would really like to know what is lacking and needs improvement. I'm completely new at lifting for the most part and just need to know where I'm at. The pictures are WITHOUT clothes, but censored. I appreciate any constructive criticism. Thanks fellas.

You look pretty good bro.

Just focus on gaining overall size. I wouldn't worry too much about balance and symmetry (though don't completely neglect it) until you are at your goal size. You appear to be fairly balanced right now and nothing really pokes out as odd to me.

What was the diet and training and supps like to get there?
 
Wow, man. That's already better than 99% of most guys in the world. Now just have fun doing what you are doing!

lolzzz.... 99% of most guys. Redundant, pleonastic, tautological... I'm repeating myself again and again.
 
u have nothing out of place or too much or too little showing now.....just bulk like crazy, dood!

EZ E - No supps. Gallon of whole milk per day, and then just breakfast lunch and dinner. It is about 3700-4000 normally - more than half being liquid. Remember, I was 137 so I had, and still do, have complete disregard for a balanced diet. It hasn't proven to be too harmful, yet.

training was initially 3x5, advanced to 5x5 (i think i did that twice), along with little shit here and there that was largely ineffective. And honestly, the bulk of my gains came within the first 3 months. I'm talking actual weight gain, the strength gain has never stopped. I just have trouble eating A LOT of food. My appetite is very minimal and I eat slooooooow because I have to force myself. I was skinny because I ate one meal per day, and those old habits sometimes try to influence me still.
 
Very impressive, but what is HST?

You look natural, very symmetrical... if you want to proceed further definately just try to get your muscles to grow more... but thats only if you want to look larger.

HST = Hypertrophy Specific training. It's what I have you on right now. Next stage will be focusing on strength.
