It was more of a consultation, I went from a 3day to a 4-day I just added an extra day for abs being I only work them once a week she had me working them every day. It was just a reccomendation from her I have changed some things up a bit she had me almost entirely on machines and I wanted to do some free weights also.
When I say stuck in a rut I meant both board and not seeing the results I wanted (muscle growth)
