hey baby theres some things i dont get on here but i finally figured out how to work this damn thing so umm...yay..and ya..i love the fact that when i read this stuff...some of it makes no sense to me but o well...ima leave now i guess lol i love you!
p.s. just for the hell of it...you still have a cute belly button (dont yall just love that im a complete dork?¿?)

Nice lean physique, but I really don't think you need that much gear to grow. You would be better served to consult a professional bodybuilding trainer and have him teach you how to eat properly. Then you would be able to take 1/4th the amount of gear you are using and get double the results.

It sounds like you have good shape to your arms, and that your peak must be huge to have that difference in the flexed measurement. That's why I'm starting to think that a measurement while the arm is hanging is the best indicator. Something that happens also when you flex, is many people have the tape not against the skin everywhere, like at the gap between your bis and tris. I'm not saying you do this, but it's another place where people like to get an inch out of.


No not at all bro. I didnt take it that way. :D Ive always had good peaks even when I had 15 inch arms, nothing incredible though, but a definate peaked bulge. haha If I measured them hanging without flexing at all, Id have some much smaller arms! 15.5 most likely. Hanging is hard for me to measure also, cuz the tape tends to fall down, atleast for me. I really try to make sure that gap isnt there, by looking at it in the mirror and moving it around to different angles. I dont pull the tape real tight though, I just flex it , keep it straight , pull it a little and make sure there are no visible gaps. But I know what you mean bro, my training partner likes to move one part of the tape to the side during measurements, and I correct him on that shit when hes with me, cuz in my eyes it has to be straight. He comes up with this BS that the tricep peak is a little this way, and the bicep peak over here, a peak to peak type of measurement. But I dont measure that way. ThanX for the response! :D

Your very welcome brother!!!!! Keep getting bigger and stronger! I definately agree with Debaser 100% on the exagerrating arm size thing. Sixteen inch muscular, strictly measured arms are no joke, I hardly even noticed my increases after 16 inches, cuz sixteen was already thick. Hell, to me its lying! I recently called someone on it in my gym. This kid who takes ALOT of juice and sells it at my gym ws claiming 20 inch arms. Though he looked quite bigger then me when we were both relaxed, I believed it was possible. It turns out though after I got the tape and measured them myself, I came out with 18.25, he had a slight pump. I even adjusted the tape til I got the largest measurement. I wasnt an asshole about it, but it made me feel better to see that theres alot of bullshit out there. Im 18.5 with a full pump. Thing is with him is that his arm is nearly the same size relaxed as flexed, thus the reason he looks thicker then me, also his muscle is pretty soft as well. He didnt even think to flex it, guess he knew. I always have two sets of tape, one that slightly differs from the other, so I do have my favorite tape, but only use the strictest one for my yearly measurements. I should call more people out to back up their shit!! haha :D

I agree I would stay off the gear until you reach a very long standing plateau, where you cant even put 1/4 on your arms for a few years. Itll give you a real solid base to bulk off of. Maybe even 20 inch arms of quality muscle before you even start your first cycle. Thats what Im trying for. It does take a shitload of patience no doubt, but to me its worth it. :D

Awesome brother! Your gonna love deadlifts! I cant say I enjoyed them in the beginning, they were awkward. But they become really fun once you see that weight piling up. And it does, fast! Then eventually you can switch it up with rack pulls (deadlifts off the power rack) and other variations! PM me anytime if you got any questions and Id be glad to help! I cant say enough about deadlifts! Let me just put it this way, I now have an entire deadlift and back day, and most of this day is deadlifts for 6-8 hours! I love it! Has become one of my favorite ecercises, my favorite being the Beast Lift ive named, a deadlift with the bar behind the legs. Sixteen is a nice arm measurement! Nothing to tease about! I dont think anyone is ever truly satisfied, I know I never will be. I still see myself as either skinny or fat with small arms, so I understand the self esteem issues, not to mention I got fucked with majorly through out most of my life, and its what drives me! You will acheive whatever you dedicate yourself to! :D
 
for deads...a common beginner mistake...make sure you keep the weight back in ur heels...make the way up one motion, not raising, then pulling ur back up...hope that makes sense...bent overs...full range of motion...i see soooo many schmucks with 225 on the bar, getting shit from the movement cuz they do about 1/4 of it...dips...the bottom 2/3 of the movement really pound anterior delts and chest...upper 1/3 and lockout really hit triceps...so try and spread the training of these three muscles out!

Great advice. Id reccomend a pair of basic converse shoes also. I just bought some yesterday and theyve already made a big difference in the deadlifts. The sole is thin, being lower to the ground is a major advantage, and they have an even sole, so you dont feel like your falling forward with the weight. Definately reccomend them
 
yeah, u look like a young, stylish guy(much like myself:) ) so im guessing you have pretty new running shoes you wear to the gym...nothing wrong with that except on squat and deadlift day...converse are good, air force ones, anything with a worn heel...but running shoes are the worst...they are designed to put the emphasis of your weight on the balls of ur feet!
