Plain pasta and 1.5g of ALA good post grueling workout???

I just had about 2 cups of plain pasta 2 lean turkey burgers along with 1.5g of ala...I feel guilty should i? I am cutting, and eat close to 0 carbs all day, just after i train........

I think it is more important to get your complex carbs in the morning before you workout. Then maybee some more afterwards, but afterwards is when you take your simple carbs. I guess the ala will make less carbs stick to your body though, specially at that dose. I take ala every meal I have carbs.

Ok.....That fuckin pasta was calling my name..I'm Italian, i have tomatoe sauce for blood:D Yea at that dose if i were on CKD i'd still be in ketosis...I take 1.5g 3 times daily
 
Yeah ever since I started dieting and cutting carbs, I realized how much I like pasta. I had some yesterday for lunch but just one serving which is like 40 g. Im limiting myself to about 150g carbs a day , and take none after lunch exept my simple carbs after workout. Shit your making me hungry now.
