Bro i said it was going to be a loose journal. I dont feel like writing out the excercises. And i dont feel liek reducing the volume. I go to failure or 8-12 reps.
Excercises are the regular no nonsense stuff. Front raises, or front press, military, side raises, front cables, rear delt machine, traps = shrugs, or bar.
I dont need to switch anything...its working fine. I just want to use this thread for motivation to always make it to the gym even though ive had a very long day.
