Start Date For Journal : March, 12, 2006

Goal= Chanell out every damn thing and bulk untill December, 2006.

Stats:
Age: 22 yrs
Height: 6'
Weight: 270 lbs,
BF ( fairly high 16-22% aprox )
Waist= 36"
Other bodyparts= not measured

Food Intake: Eat lots of protein, moderate carbs, and moderate good fats.

Supps: Glucorell R + Sesapure

Pics: Will post pic of me at 19 at a fairly low bf%.

Updated Pics: Will be posted along the way finishing off with last pics in Dec of results.

I will try to update every day...of what i am doing...including off days. This will be done loosely and not always in detail.

I dont plan to go out anywhere but work, gym, family and only close freinds during this time, at the exception of very few ocasions. Even if i have been working for 12 hours or so and i am tired i WILL go to the gym and accomplish my goals. All workouts will be to the max, unless i feel that would be detrimenal to my body because lack of sleep, nutrition etc. which is inevitable because of life at times.

I realized tonight that its time to get serious about training and the lifestyle and not get distracted. I dont want to be bulking too much longer...i want to enjoy life a little too while im young. Time to reach those goals is now!

God Bless You All, and hope to see you pushing, helping and motivating me along the way especialy when im not having the best day as tonight. I hope to read this post in December and look at how far i have come. I will NOT settle for less out of myself. Hanging up the self pity and laziness. Time to step up grab it.

During the gap i have been training on and off. Had issues in life and took 1 year off. Followed by more time training at 50%. Now fully back into it. Hope to have new pics up in about 2 months.
 
I'll be reading along for sure, and even at 22, you're not missing much in terms of the bar/club scene, trust me.

What does the training look like?

Dzls...bro i wrote that i will be taking pics. But when I want and feel they should be up. There will be enough here. Why did i post those...so there is something there now to compare to.

As far as training, i have to accomodate it to my career. Im on the road quite alot. I have learned though where to find gyms at even in the middle of no where. But sometimes i cant work out during a day or two so i have to make it up. Thats just the way it is. Thats not going to change that soon. I also have learned how much i can work out....for me 4 times a week is best...no more....unless i want to cut up.

I do all muscle groups sepperate.

Biceps, ( forearms will start again... havent been doing them lately)
Back
Chest ( will start doing abbs again)
Quads, hams, calves
Shoulders, traps ( going to resume doing traps as i stopped doing them as they got disproportionate)

If i want then do the legs real heavy then break them up into seperate days for quads, hams. ( going to be givving them extra attention)

My excercises consists mostly of free weights for 1/2 or 3/4 of workout followed by some nice machines or cables, something nice. I switch it up alot too. My training is pretty much on key. The issue is just finding the time and dedication to always get to workout with my schedule which is not light by any means.
 
Yes 1x per week. Thats the max my body does. Anything over and i shrink.

Sunday was off.

Today= Shoulders @ 4 sets per section ( 4x4= 16 sets)
Up to 3 more total optional depending on feel of course. Probibaly add extra set to front, and traps.

so maybe you could reduce the vol, up the freq? anyway, what exercises do you do? still not clear... this is supposed to be a journal... we have to know what's going on
