Pissin out my ass?

I was in a bind for protein last night so I bought EAS whey from meijer. I only drank two shakes last night and went to bed. When I woke up today I was pissin out my ass. I was wondering if it was just something I ate yesterday or the protein bein shitty quality.

Junk protein. Even the stuff from Optimum with their aminogen is to combat the poopy effect that you can have.

True Protein has some good stuff. So does Gaspari. LG Sciences has lipotropic protein that is NON milk based.
