Pictures of me 9 months ago and pics of me now.

I started out 145lbs at 6' tall and im 212-215 right now, just shy of 2 years later. Food is number one!!! You HAVE to eat at LEAST every 2 hrs, hungry or not force it down till you are going to get sick. It will take a few months to get used to the new diet but stick with it, the gains will come.

Im loathe to say it i really am but i would question the amount you really are pushing yourself. From what you've told us I'd say you need a partner who will push you a bit. I know I can always rely on my bros to push me in the gym further than I usually push myself. Forced reps at the end of your sets with a watchful spotter add a ton of intensity!

I was on the 3x5 but I wasn't very consistant and missed 2 months of workouts, so that knocked my progress up a lot.

Now I'm on the 5x5 and I don't have a real set diet, but I'm eating lots of whole grains, chicken, milk and generally just a ton of food in general. I usually eat around 6,000-7,000 calories a day so I'm definitely eating enough, I'm just pretty tall as I'm 6' 5" so any muscle gains won't show up very well on me at least not until I put on a TON of mass.

Edit: My stats

6' 5"
225lbs
17inc Arms
34inc Waist
25inc Quads

Max 5 rep lifts

Bench: 150lbs
Squat: 200lbs
Deadlift: 245lbs
Military Press: 95lbs
Barbell Row: 185lbs

I currently just started Bill Star's 5x5 weight training program, I think it will be good for me.

no way are ur arms 17 inches man

Bro do you do pullups or puldowns? Your lats look like they have been neglected... The rest of you though looks like you have made some progress.
