Pics before starting OMEGA Project

I'm doing it via the pamphlet. Just started two days ago. I started to cut on 2-13-09 for about 3 weeks. I started to lose too much strength so I have been back on a bulker for the past couple of weeks.

I'm 5'9". In the first pic, I was at 183-185. In the second pic, I'm around 173-175. I notice a lot more striations in my legs now. Also, my thigh areas on my jeans aren't super tight any longer. Stomach is a little skinnier too. I want to finally get a 6 pack. I need more "pop" in my abs though.

We'll see how the Omega project goes. I want to get some mass. I need to...
 
5'11 170-175lb 24yr old

Im really hoping to get some solid muscle defin and not lose weight cause we all know 170 isnt a big weight. but i wanna lose a little of the pudge i put on from going from 158-175 over winter, cant have the ladies in the summer seeing that.
 
hey 1999tl hows the routine treating you? every time i do one of the workouts a new body part cries in pain... 1st 2 leg routines it was hams and glutes.. this week its calves.. its so odd an awesome at the same time. keep at it man
 
My legs are getting more vascular and cut up for sure. I really want to hit my abs after the legs, but i can't make it that far. I'm so dead by then.

I had to tweak my diet. I was using Omega's diet first, but I guess my metabolism is too fast for it b/c I was losing some weight. I tried to PM Omega, but I have yet to get a response.

I'll have to take some progress pics already b/c I'm getting more cut up, for sure. The leg work outs are freaking intense. starting to see striations in my thighs.
 
my college gym was kind enough to decide to redesign the gym so they dropped alot of the equipment and shifted it all to a tiny room. unfortuneately they removed the leg press machine so my leg days are interesting trying to supplement a replacement for the leg press
