I've tried the super high protein diet and I don't believe in it. Didn't do shit except make me fart a lot. Your body can only process so much protein. Creatine is my supplement of choice.
A protein powder, that goes without saying. I just started desicated liver tabs and BCAA's along with my normal creatine and glutamine peptides, but these are all WAY behind a good protein powder. -DOC
Well at least you gave an honest answer...unless you're over stocked! LOL. Cheap enough to give it a try if you can really tell the difference. AMP is working out great at 5 caps man. thx.
