compared to your last pics you have made some serious gains...keep at it bro and make sure to dial in on losing much more bf...will you be competing in the next lil' while?if so,FOCUS on dropping the bf and retain as much muscle as possible.what kind of ratios are you following to key in for the show?in addition,looks like you're holding some water there...bump the h2o intake even more...all in all though,some major improvements and that;s due to you lowering your bf%...GOOD WORK...are you "on" right now..?if so,what is your cycle looking like...?
