So omega, what do you think of my first cycle? Also for your post on aromasin, why would you recommend that ?
 
arom is to combat estrogen related sides. i would research real hard before you start anything. you dont want to end up fucking shit up.
 
As a first cycle, everyone is telling me I should just do Test, and i chose Test E as the testosterone. Then a couple other people were saying towards the couple last weeks do some winny at 50mg ED

For a first cycle, 250mg is a great cycle. I would skip the winny and go with just test. Start low, increase dose next cycle.
 
man i would go with that cycle before HGH...Wait tell you're a bit older to do HGH..I was lookin at you're other thread and i didnt see that you were 24.. Go with this cycle.

If this is your first cycle, just test 250mg a week, winni is not needed for your first cycle. Start simple and see how your body reacts to the new added test in your body. Then add the winni and up the test to 500 for the nest cycle.

I have been off for almost 3 years and i too am gonna start slow again with 250 ew test.
 
I suggest 500mg for a 1st cycle. Do the winny another time. You need to see how your body reacts to a test cycle. Sure you can do 250mg week but it might be a dissapointing cycle. every person is different.

You should blow up on 250-300 MG ew (broken up into shots 2x a week) for your first cycle. It's good to find out all you can, but you really need to research A LOT more before doing anything if these are the questions you have.

GdupM6: How tall are you?

For a first Cycle I would say:

8-10 weeks: 250mg Test

Instead of eating your ass off, keep it simple but clean. I would recommend first 5 weeks a good 2g protein per KG bw ( 1kg = 2.2lb ). Nest 5 weeks increase the protein by 0.5g or so. Add in a lot of omega3 fish oil and do not cound calories. If you do not gain anything, add more food.

Concentrate the carbs around your training to get the most out of your cycle. If you can get hold of a good EAA product, add it in for some extra amino acids before and after your workout(or a proeinshake). Try some good creatine to this, I know the AF store have a lot of good products that I can recommend. Add in some extra Zinc and Magnesium.

Do not work your ass of each day in the gym. Keep it simple and focus on the heavy lifts as Bench/DB press, Squats and Deadlifts. Add some chins for back, and you have a good kick ass program. 3-4 days per week might be enough.
 
Perfect, so for the pic that i posted of myself, by doing the test 250mg a week, what do you think my frame would look like?

oh and btw im 5'7

diet is gonna be key, but if your eating well and with lots of protein, 2g/1lbs.
im guessing you should see a good 10-15lbs increase.

and of course you need to be on a good pct as well, there are some good stickes on proper PCT, bc thats just as important, if not more than the cycle itslf.

so i weigh about 170 now, ill be around 185? after the cycle?

My goal is to get cut and shredded , i just want to put on a little more mass and thats it.

Depends on training and diet...sounds reasonable..remember aas is just a boost...depends on diet and training

It's impossible to say as everyone is different. You should listen to Omega's advice- it's solid- but you sound like you are going to do this no matter what, so again I urge you to research extensively.

That being said, I gained 18 pounds on a 300 MG EW Test cycle. I kept a great deal as I did proper PCT. You mentioned being shredded- well, at your size, you may want to add mass first. After you make and keep your gains with proper PCT you can start to lean out. Bodies are built in the kitchen- I learned that the hard way- keep your diet clean and tweak your program with the right amount of cardio to have lean gains. Remember- this is your cherry cycle- no need for anything but a low dose test cycle IMO. Best of luck.

What did you weigh originally before you did the cycle? And what type of gain was it?
 
Eat, train and sleep and you will be happy with the results you get from 250mg.
How much you will gain in muscle is impossible to answear, it's all in you diet. Adjust you diet to the weight you put on. K.I.S.S. is all I have to say.

You will probably be happy with "only" 250mg test. I have a couple of cycles under my belt(11), been studing nutrition for too long in school(Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition but this doesn't make me an expert in this area by far. A lot is about your genetics, but more than 90% eat like shit and therefor rely too much in the steroids. Low doses are the key for a newbie.
 
Don't bother with winny, you say you train on and off, the amount of muscle mass you'd gain from a cycle would be quick and you'd probably get injured if you don't already have strong tendons.(I say this because you may not have if you haven't been training seriously)
 
do what omega said... 500mg/week... i did that on my first test cycle it was freakin awesome... 250mg/week is an hrt dosage... i would save the winny for after your test only cycle.. good luck

Alot of people I know are smoking crack and robbing old women to feed their habit. Well not exactly mate but it doesn't mean two wrongs make a right.

You have good size but you could definitely get bigger naturally with supplements without the need of hormones at this point in your life.
