BULK eat everything in site, dont worry about eating too clean, cheat and eat brotha!!!!

Oh and lift like an ANIMAL, weights super hard and heavy, cardio 3x week 20-30mins for heart health and help your body use the fuel.

Seriously you can eat fast food if you want everyday! Buy weight gainer, man eat all the time.

I say eat clean and work out hard.
Your bf is pretty high. If it was lower you would see more of how your body was responding to the training. Things like veins, striations etc. They would motivate you.
Have a sick abs would make you feel great (get you even more women) and would really keep you growing!

are we allowed to be honest here? this kid doesnt need to worry about bulking or cutting but rather some basic lfiting techniques and routines. you have a nice slim build but looks like you are new to lifting and working out.

looks like you got some gyno flaring on the right side you need to nip that in the bud and other than that eat, eat, drink shakes, eat high protein and work out. you need to build mature muscle mass. but that gyno can get out of hand quickly bro.

i like this site because it is honest. i have posted honest comments on other sites and get flamed, namely bodybuilders.com. what it the point of putting yourself out there if you cant handle constructive criticism.

bulk.

up your protein consumption. start taking creatine. lift heavy at least 3 x per week (4-5 x per week is ideal). use compound movements (lifts that require the flexion of more than 1 joint) almost solely.

make sure you do squats. learn to deadlift when you can get someone to teach you the proper technique.
