He called Mr. Kinard and told him his wife and her BF were in at her apt. with the lights out and that he needed him to make an emergency call to flush them out in order to get video. Well instead the client came down. Tommy pattede him down but the Mr. Kinard went back to his car to make the call. He then proceeded to the door where he had a key to the apt. now watch the video. Keep in mind that Tommy Blackwood is a retired police officer.

Well I think the charges will roll over onto the investigator at this point. I mean sitting there taping while the guy makes entry into a dwelling where two people are sleeping?! He has to be liable somehow.
If you could go to prison for just being plain stupid then off he goes. IMO
