Pet Peeve with this forum..

good post bbf. Trader Joe's has a lot of good stuff like psyllium husk and barley available, among other things. I put it into shakes or meals when I can.
 
Throw in a variety of beans as well, kidney beans etc, they are packed with protein, have natural oils for the joints etc, very cheap and tasty if coocked nicely!
 
i really wish they would do the same with routines....i poted up my routine over a week ago and bumped it a few times for some feedback cause im on my firzst cycle but only one guy repliedim not a newbie to trining but i would like to hear some advice from the old schoolers with 10-15 years doing it
 
you know this is the anabolic forum right? you want diet advise, go to the diet board.
 
same thing as with training, i see so many guys running stupid doses of gear, to make up for a basic lack of training knowlege. If you have a sound knowlege base in training and nutrition, then your reliance on gear is a whole lot lower
