Biggest mistake of newbies bulking. They do not eat enough calories, and 50% of the calories they are eating fattening garbage, and then assume they are eating too many calories and blame a 4500 calorie diet for their fat gain. Sorry, but I know women who bulk on 4000 calories to get to 140 on juice.

problem is a lot of the people in this forum dont know how to diet effectively, and half subsititue good dieting with more sauce

i totally agree it would be better to see diet posts moved over to the diet forum
 
great post bbf, i have never even devoted enough attention to studying diet. I was really inspired by this (and the need to save money moving into a new house :) ) to learn about diet. thanks.

When someone puts up a cycle of 50 mg of dbol a day with 50 mg of oral winstrol a day for 10 weeks, you guys rip it apart. Can we try to use the same expertise here on nutrition, or if not then have it moved to the proper forum?

Very very great post. Thanks alot, I have seen many diets on here and Lot of them blow. Mine is very faulty, but using something like this which is very simple I may be able to adjust it a little and follow it. We'll c..thanks.
 
I have been on here for awhile and I think you could list about 10 cycles that a guy would ever need to use in about 10 years of his life. Shit you couls list his first five in about 1 minute. But guidelines for diets suck. I mean I bet people will learn more from this simple post then on the diet board in awhile. There just are not many top guidelines in that forum. I may get flamed but I would say the guidelines in the training forum could be a little better. I think there should be sticky on the anabolic, training, and diet forum about a page long with all the best guidlines. Not a anpb diet or a ckd worksheet, or dc training. Nor posts which contain additional threads under them. Just my 2 cents. I mean we can all search but it would knock out an ass load of questions and wasted time searching.....Not to mention help guys trying learn alot faster. This board is for learning not selling right ?
