whats up EF! im starting a new cycle tomorrow Epistrong bridged into Katanadrol. Im starting this in a middle of a T3/Clen cycle. I had originally set out just for a cut, but i was lucky enough to be chosen to log katanadrol by NeedTo! so my cut will now turn into a recomp.

I started my Journey out at 233 between 14-15% BF not 100% on this as I was mesured in 2 different places and one gym said 15 the other said 14. Im almost four weeks in and im sitting at 217 havent check BF% yet.

The cycle layout will be something a long these lines

Epi: 60/60/60/60/60/60
Katana:0/0/300/300/300/300/300
forma stanzol 10pumps am, 10pumps pm
hCG 250IUs Q 4 days
t3 75/100/50/25

in addition I will also be taking need2slin, fish oil, N2guard and bcaa during fasted cardio and workouts. once I finish the t3/clen run i will add helios to the cycle .5cc 1 week than 1cc next week for 3 weeks maybe lomger depending how it treats me.

I will run a two part PCT parta A will look like this:

for training i will be hitting each muscle group once a week, except for calves which i will do 3x a week and abs which will be doin eod. Im gonna go moderate weight with a 10-15 rep range.
I will do cardio 2x a day 45mins fasted am and 15min HITT post workout

as far as diet I'm going to keep calories at maintance but will be carb cycling. I will try and post pre and post workout meals.

This mornings cardio, was 45 mins on the step master. Applied 10pumps forma after the shower, had some oatmeal with 2 nee2slin, 75mcg t3 and 30mg Epistrong! Back tonight when I get out of work

You know whats weird this is the second time I start a cycle and have lower back pain, I wonder if is a mental thing? Though I was thinking about it and I did work arms prior to starting both cycles. Monday I did 145 on BB curls and to say the least my last four reps or so were done with horrible form, so that might be the problem, I'm gonna go see the chiro during my lunch break hope I can get a quick adjustment.

alright so at 21:45 i took 3 caps need2slin, 22:00 had 60mgs epistrong with half a cup brown rice, a cup steamed cabagge anf 8oz grilled chicken all mixed up with 3 scoops of home made salsa, 22:30 hit 10 pumps forma, 4 scoops of jack3d. im out this bitch at 23:00 on the dot and im ready to fuck up some weight!!!

saw the chiro and got a sweet adjustment, feel lot better but will still try and not go to crazy. feel good tho! its been a long day at work and the gym is calling me

Ya I have enough for about 3 more cycles lol. 2 bottles of 1-T Tren, 2 bottles of Finavol, and 2/3s bottle of T-Roid.

Idk how I would run a SD and tren cycle. It would be suppressive as fack. Plenty of time to think about next one. Such a hard choice :D

You should check out Adderllin...its more potent but without the crash and all-day jitters .

You really shouldn't need that much..... I can actually take 1 scoop and get some good focus and awake feeling, 2 scoops is great for me.

Oh yeah and adderllin is no joke! I took 1 cap earlier today and I'm still WIDE awake. Shit's crazy good ;)

Sounds like he is becoming more tolerant to it, I take 4 scoops and barely feel it, I am looking at adderllin because of this lol.
 
perico if you gotta take 4 scoops then you should probably take 3 weeks off of any caffeine stimulants to lower your tolerance.

15 min HITT cardio to finish it all off. Kept it light cause of my lower back being a bit sore managed to get a nice pump going tho. So I was happy for my first day of Epi.

Yesterday i didn't lift just did fasted am cardio and went for another run in the afternoon did take in 60 mgs epi. I'm pretty stoked my connect said the Helios should arive today can't wait to try that shit! Anyway just dosed 30mgs epi about 30mins ago about to take more jack3d and apply forma then is off to hit legs!

Yeah bro the stim effects go way pretty quick but I still get a nice pump from using it and the BA helps with soreness. Is weird too cause I bought bulk BA powder and aside from some sick tingled it would make me shit something crazy. It doesn't do that when is mixed with jack3d tho.

Just got back from the gym, had a great leg day. Could be placebo but I think I felt the epi today. Pumps were good pretty much as usual and strenght didnt change but recovery was something else today. I mean I didn't want to leave I just felt really good did a lot of volume, prob more than I should have lol but I just felt good! Ended with 45 mins of cardio, on a fucking leg day none the less. Ill post the wo later I'm bout to take a shower and get fresh I'm about to take my fave skank out tonight.

Took a early spin class this AM. Just got home ate some food took my usual Supps and dosed 30mg epi, will lay down for about a hour and then I'll go hit chest before school.
 
A rest day every now and then isnt the worst thing in the world. Im sure ur body wants a break from the volume lol.

Over all a great workout for me, not my usual volume but the weight was nice pumps were some of the best I've ever had I was shampooing my head after lifting and my Lats started pumping just felt crazy. Im thinking epi is the stronged oral I've ever done. Which makes me super excited to know that I still haven had SD, Dbol, or tren and I still haven't pinned. Today I can see how how one can really get addicted, I know I'm just rambling now but I'm still excited about my Deadlift it wasn't the prettiest by any means my legs shook like crazy and I really thought I was gonna loose it getting it from my knees up to my hips but I got it up and brought it down in a controlled fashion. Got a sick head rush after it was Fucking good.

Allright so this is the deal guys I got my test I got my Helios, order more t3 and a bottle each malicious mass and monsterdro xtl. So I'm gonna start my test next thursday I will pin 600mgs a week. Now instead of bridging into katana as originally planed I will bridge into either mmass or monsterdrol run that so my bridge will b six weeks as intended and then I'll finish the test cycle with the Katana!
I will start my hCG next week as well and Helios the following...comments questions concerns.

I'm off aderrllin and clen right now on 25mcgs of t3 right now for 2 more days then I will be off for 3 weeks.

Starting week four I will run a six week cycle of T3, Helios and these neat little pills that are 25mgs 1,3-dimethylamylamine with 150mgs caffeine. Will call these X. I'm gonna start the Helios at .6mls doing a .3 sub q shot on each side of my belly and work up to 1ml doing .5 on each side. This cycle will look like this

Helios .3/1/0/0/.3/1/
X 0/0/200/400/0/0

So that's what I'm looking like for the next 12 weeks guys. Pct will stay how I have it outlined. Then in will take 2 weeks off after my last ostarine dose and the. I will beggin a 8 week bridge with cjc ghrp-6 and sarm S4

Kept it short, I'm re evaluating my approach to how I train. What's up bro! Pin went ok I guess I pinned with a 20g needle it didn't hurt much but Friday I woke up with what looked like a bullet wound on my quad lol. And I have this painful bump about 6 fingers up from where I pinned...I'm really hoping is not an abcess.

Cause they allow me 2 put a little distance between my junk and the bar as a result I don't vet cockburn rubbing on my shit. And is easier to keep it stable so that both traps get even stress so that one doesn't get bigger than the other, tis also why I do them with DBs my friend. Do you think I would benefit more from doing them freestyle?

Honestly yes..
Dont worry about your junk so much, it doesnt really cause any pain or discomfort in that area lol..
Me and Ace both do em and havent had any problems with junk discomfort or un balanced trap development.
