Since it looks like you do not quite understand corp formations, find your State Secretary of State's online web site and download some of the registration forms. You will get an idea of what kind of information is needed to start a business.

C-Corp, S-Corp, Non-Profit, For-profit, etc...

i'd still highly recommend having an attorney draft the documents including a good shareholder/operating agreement!!

basically it's a website idea of something that exists in real world but not on the web. it sounds like a winner on the paper so I wanna make sure if in case there were a chance that it would blow up, i wouldnt be getting fucked. taxes right now is not the most important as well prolly we wont make shit for the first year or so but who knows.

that's ok...your choice of entity shouldn't be tax driven anyway.
