I chose shoulders and chest. My chest and shoulders can fill out better.
My arms are 16 inches now... they're not huge but I think that may be good enough for now if I can get them to have a cut look by reducing body fat percentage.
Just PM ya, I chose Upper arms #1, and Shoulders #2. Have always wanted those t-shirt busting biceps/triceps and thick upper arms. Plus some nice round shoulders with good muscle definition showing.
I will be a happy camper with those two mainly done better on me, but I have new baby on the way in three weeks Should I move to a 4day exercise week for Phase2 instead ??
