People who actually USED deca...please answer.

Ran Deca twice. Its does cause rapid water gain so the gains are misleading. I got quite a few comments on how big I was getting while on it. I went up 15 pounds in 4 weeks and I was on moderate cutting diet. You can slim down on it but it will not be readily apparent until the water is dropped.

I had not sexual problems before or after either cycle. In fact, my sex drive increased quite abit while on deca. I also experienced some hairloss. Not to worried. It grew back within 3-4 months last time and I am sure it will do the same thing this time. I have used both QV and BL deca at 400mg/wk.

Gyno from deca can be prevented or cured by using nolvadex? correct?

Gyno from Decca can be prevented with either Dostinex or Bromocriptine.

Technically, nolvadex shouldn't have any effect since the issues are based upon prolactin and progesterone. Although I have had gyno from Trenbolone and hit some Nolvadex for 2 months and it went away.

It's a love/hate relationship. Always make huge gains when I stack with test/dbol, though it always kills my recovery. I think it is also the cause of my sore nips since I'm using a higher dose now. I will probably not use it again, even after three cycles with it.

I used 400 mg of deca/week. I looked great. No puffy face look. The chicks loved looking at me when I would go down to the beach but the sex drive was not there and the chicks could sense it...

I would lure the chicks into bed with my hot body and I wouldn't know what to do with them once I had them in bed with me.. DECA DICK !!!
It kinda fucked me up for a long while after I stopped. Maybe I should of taken some test. Oh well. I did look awsome and had no side effects while I was on it other than sleepy dick.

I cycled with it 250mg/week for about 8 weeks. I fronted with a few weeks of Dbol at 30mg ED.

The deca was suppressive; I could feel the nut shrinkage and loss of sex drive. But, deca made me very calm, like a nice peaceful feeling for most of the time. I can definitely feel the difference now that I'm off it.

I used it to heal my shoulders which were aching so badly for some reason that I could not even lift at all. Couldn't even do triceps pushdowns, they were hurting so bad. Moving my arm while overhead was painful. I took the entire 8 weeks off and just did BJJ for exercise. I went to the gym for the first time a week ago and the shoulders felt phenomenal.

I will probably do deca again, but the shedding I experienced probably from the Dbol + deca was more severe than with Sust250 at 1 shot E4D + dbol for the 1st 4 weeks, tho my dbol dosage then was 20mg ED.

The dick gets sleepy, but there are ways around that. When I was with a chick, I had no problem getting aroused, but I have not thought about sex as much.

This was a very low dose and mild cycle and it completely prevented catabolism. I stayed at the same size even without lifting and with a lower calorie diet. I noticed improved vascularity and muscle hardness.

Anyone else have experience with excess shedding from this? I think it subsided once I got off Dbol, but maybe Dbol + deca enhances it? I know about the Nizoral and Minoxidil routes, so I should probably try those.

What's a consensus recommendation for frequency of nizoral and minoxidil application?

I hear that gyno from progesterone can't occur without estrogen.

So wouldn't nolva in theory prevent deca/tren gyno?

Or is the above statement false.


While were talking about deca, its a staple drug for bulking hands down. I do understand why people go the NPP route though.

500mg of deconate per week takes like a month to clear, while npp is long gone in like 8 days.

Wouldnt modern cycle methods tell you to run something like this

maybe dbol 40mgs/day weeks 1-4
weeks 1-8 test enanth 500-750mgs/wk
weeks 1-8 test prop comprable
weeks 1-8 deca 400mgs/wk
weeks 9-12 npp 400mgs/wk
weeks 9-12 winny 50mgs/day

Maybe drop the orals or atleast winny if on 3rd or 4th cycle ???
But in hard and finish with fast acting esters to make the start of pct quicker ??
