People think you have to be 'tough' to juice and lift

I have a 100ft straight concrete driveway the neighbors think i'm nuts pushing it from one end of the drive to the other non stop several times, It's a dual cab full size chevy colorado.it takes some really digging in to get it rolling and to keep it going.

Hands on cardio like that will kick your CNS's ass more than any treadmill, elyptical or AMT ever dreamed of.

I have a rear back-hoe tire for my son but its only 250 lb or so. I thought about flipping it up hill. Or rolling it up hill.
I'd like to get a tire more in the 500 lb range.

Sledgehammer hitting a big tire is a real killer for cardio too.

It really does bro, I started out with a 450 pound tire doing 50 yards at a time. I got lucky the local highschool has them laying down at the practice field and don't care if I use them. I am going to try to find a bigger one here shortly. I am going to bring the sledge hammer down with me next time too.

That is fucking hilarious people driving by seeing you push your truck up the driveway.
I can't push shit since I fucked my knee.

I have a boat trailer I do the same thing with. i have sand bags down so it doesn't run away from me lol.

that thing takes a lot of force to get it moving

They're probably thinking i'm such a cheapo that i won't buy gas for it....lol!

I got a big muscle/CNS conditioning suprise this morning. I went to scout new hunting property. 400 acres. Corn fields, hills, lots of swamp, rutt filled ground. Real fucked up walking terrain for at least 2.5 hrs non stop. I dont know how many miles I walked with all the circling and zig zagging I did. When I got done I had barely broken a sweat. I felt awsome. No leg muscle fatigue at all and no CNS fatigue. My knee with the torn acl hurt for a little bit in some of the real tall fucked up swampy parts but thats it.
When I got back to my truck its something that I conciously noticed....damn, I could go do that shit again.

I attribute alot of that to the weeks I spent squatting 5x20's .

I think I read another post where you mentioned 5x20 squats. Hittin that shit Thursday, can't wait. Gonna tear em up. I usually end my leg day with 1x20, 5x20 will be a real treat 48 huors afterwards.
